Paid full price for a samsung tablet new and sealed received a second d hand damaged item box was not only damaged externally but was broken inside with seal broke on arrival clearly selling second hand items as new if I wanted a second hand tatty damaged tablet I'd of gone ebay bought a refurbished device less than half the price and was offered a 5 pound refund total s am avoid at all costs go argos or curry's least you know thir new

I placed my order a week ago and got an email that my order is on the way. But now I still haven’t received it. There is no update on the website. Royal Mail website shows that they are still expecting the parcel. Not sure what happened so I contacted the customer service but they didn’t do anything, kept asking me to check my emails for updates. It’s express delivery on all orders tho so it should be delivered within 48 hours. I saw another review here a month ago mentioning the same issue. I don’t know if this company is trustworthy honestly.

Purchased a Ps5 controller on Feb 03 2025. The item has never been shipped. They will not answer emails or even their own complaints form. They have basically stolen my money, it was supposed to be a gift for my son’s birthday.
This company cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs. A horrible experience.

I ordered a Go Pro Hero 10 2weeks ago and shortly after received a Royal Mail tracking number.
5 days later the Royal Mail were still waiting to receive my order so I emailed A1 tech deals to query my order. They replied to my email the same day saying give 1 extra day as the Royal Mail tracking site was been slow due to the amount of parcels been delivered at the moment. I thanked them for their quick reply and said I was only double checking as the product I ordered is now out of stock on their website. The following day I received an email saying they will be refunding me and the my payment will take between 5 to 7 working days to clear, with no explanation of why my order was cancelled or proof of refund made.
I have given them 2 stars because of the prompt reply to my email. I wonder how long they would have waited before realizing my order wasn't processed and informing me, and I have 2 days left of the maximum 7 working days to hopefully get my money refunded, and if refunded I would probably give 3stars for been true to their word.

So we wait and see
