Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Currency & Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). If you are using a payment card in a different currency, your order will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate at the time of processing.

VAT Included: All displayed prices include VAT at the standard rate of 20%. You will see the full breakdown of your order total, including VAT, at checkout.

Payment Processing

When you place an order, we authorise your payment method to ensure funds are available. This authorisation may temporarily affect your available credit or balance. The actual charge to your payment method occurs only after we confirm your order for fulfilment.

Payment Security

We also utilise trusted payment providers like PayPal, which offer additional fraud protection and buyer security. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Failed Payments

If your payment cannot be processed, you will receive an error message. Common reasons for failed payments include:

If you experience payment issues, please verify your billing address matches the address registered with your payment provider, or contact your bank for assistance.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders Not Yet Shipped: If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund without delay.

Orders Already Shipped: For orders that have already been dispatched, refunds will be processed after the returned items arrive at our warehouse, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Invoices & Receipts

A digital receipt will be sent to your email address upon successful payment. If you require a formal VAT invoice for business purposes, please contact our support team with your order number and company details.
