Coverage Period

All products purchased from A1 Tech Deals include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.

What's Covered

• Hardware malfunctions not caused by external factors

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Consumables: Batteries, chargers, accessories with limited lifespans
• Accidental Damage: Drops, spills, impacts
• Misuse or Negligence: Improper use, ignoring instructions, unauthorised modifications
• Environmental Damage: Moisture, extreme temperatures, corrosive exposure
• Unauthorised Repairs: Third-party modifications void coverage
• Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents that do not affect functionality

Important Notes

• Claims must be submitted within the 12-month warranty period
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required
• Shipping costs for warranty assessment may be covered depending on circumstances
• Replacement products carry the remainder of the original warranty period

Liability Limits

Our liability under this warranty is restricted to repair or replacement of the defective product only. We do not accept responsibility for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or damage to other property.
