At A1 Tech Deals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt, with no restocking fees for items returned in their original sealed condition.

Eligibility Requirements

For Standard Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn or unused, with tags
• In its original sealed packaging
• Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
• Returned within 30 days of receipt

For Manufacturing Defects

Items with manufacturing defects can be returned even if opened, provided there is no evidence of accidental damage or misuse.

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for items that show:

• Water damage
• Physical damage (e.g., cracks, dents)
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Signs of misuse or negligence

Return Process

1. Contact us via email (support@a1techdeals.com) or live chat
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos of the item and packaging (this helps us process your return faster)
3. Upon approval, we will provide a pre-paid return label
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Drop off the package at your nearest courier location
6. Items will be inspected upon receipt
7. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection

Potential Fees

Items not meeting pristine condition standards may be subject to a “non-original product condition” fee of up to 25% of the item's cost. We will notify you of any applicable fees before processing your return.

Exchange & Refund Options

When your return is approved, you can choose between:

• Full Refund: Refunded to your original payment method
• Replacement: A new item of the same product

If you choose a replacement and the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
