Great phone at a great price...beat everyone around,and my phone arrived very quickly,I can't fault the service.

The price was the main reason for purchasing the item, there was good information given when paid for and delivery arrived in good time.

Had never heard of them so was quite nervous ordering instead the service was excellent and I got my new phone and headphones quickly. The phone was as described at a great price. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Competitive price, quick service. Paid extra to get quicker delivery but arrived later than stated.

Slow delivery with poor tracking , but we got there in the end , charger delivered first , phone arrived 2 days later ? But as advertised a brand new phone boxed at a good price.

Expect to run into issues when ordering

First time ordered with google wallet fast checkout and for some reason the street name was not added to delivery address. Although it is perfectly deliverable, as i have done previously, they cancelled the order. Second time ordered with 2 day fast shipping at extra cost, didnt get any shipment notification for 2 days, although they promise same day dispatch. Called the customer service and the explanation was due to high number of orders they are unable to provide fast shipping. Giving 3 stars as the customer service was helpful in resolving the matter and the fast shipping charge was refunded.

These guys are scammers. I bought a ps5 and returned it unused because I did not need it. While returning , there was just a small tear in the box and I was charged £100+ hundred pound plus for a box. That is cheating, they said they had it in their return policy. This was hidden and not explicitly stated. I would never buy from them again as i also offered a new like complete box. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them.

The price was just right for me. The phone upon receipt seems very good so far. Ideal size, not too big for the grip in your hands. Overall, thank you A1 Tech team, great product and service.

Very pleased with the phone. The only issue was the box advising southeast Asian sim only was an unexpected statement &caused some stressful times. However, your AI support was excellent.

Best price around and fast delivery for new iPhone. Arrived boxed but activated so needed a reset before it could be logged in to for new user.

I paid the money , you delivered the product. The product was the one i ordered and the price was competitive - delivery was slow but that’s not your fault.

The service is extremely poor. My order still hasn’t been delivered, and they don’t respond to my messages or emails. They are not making any effort to resolve the issue promptly. This is completely unacceptable and very frustrating. I will never purchase anything from them again
