All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a gift card code has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy applies regardless of whether the code has been redeemed.
Gift cards are delivered digitally via email to the email address provided at checkout. A1 Tech Deals is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.
A1 Tech Deals acts as an authorised reseller of third-party gift cards. We are not the issuer of these gift cards. Each gift card is subject to the terms, conditions, and expiry policies of the issuing brand. A1 Tech Deals is not liable for any issues arising from the use of the gift card after delivery, including but not limited to brand-imposed restrictions, expiry, or redemption problems.
Gift cards are sold at face value. The price you pay is equal to the value of the gift card. Gift cards are exempt from VAT (0% VAT).
Gift card purchases earn 10% store credit, which is credited to your A1 Tech Deals account after purchase. Store credit cannot be used to pay for gift cards. In orders containing both gift cards and other products, store credit can only be applied to the non-gift-card items.
Gift cards can only be purchased using a debit or credit card via Stripe. PayPal is not available for gift card purchases.
Gift cards purchased from A1 Tech Deals are intended for personal use or gifting. Bulk purchasing for resale is prohibited. A1 Tech Deals reserves the right to limit gift card purchases per customer and to cancel orders suspected of resale activity.
