The Always-On Retina display provides more screen area than previous Apple Watch generations, making it easier to read notifications, track workouts and interact with apps. Its wide-angle OLED display remains visible at different viewing angles and provides a bright, detailed interface.
Advanced health features include an ECG app, heart-rate monitoring, high and low heart-rate notifications, irregular rhythm notifications and sleep tracking. The watch can also provide overnight health information through the Vitals app and supports sleep apnoea notifications.
For fitness, the Apple Watch Series 10 tracks Activity Rings, workouts, calories, distance, pace and other training information. Training Load helps you understand how workout intensity can affect your fitness over time, while the built-in GPS records outdoor activities without requiring your iPhone to be constantly in your hand.
The watch includes depth and water temperature sensors for aquatic activities and is water resistant to 50 metres. It also features fall detection, crash detection, Emergency SOS and other safety features designed to help you stay connected when assistance may be required.
GPS connectivity provides accurate location tracking for outdoor workouts, while Wi-Fi and Bluetooth keep the watch connected to compatible devices. You can make calls, send messages, receive notifications, use Siri, listen to music and podcasts, and make contactless payments using Apple Pay.
The Apple Watch Series 10 also supports faster charging, allowing the battery to reach up to 80% in approximately 30 minutes with a compatible charging setup. It works with compatible iPhone models and integrates with Apple's wider ecosystem.
