Never heard of company but read the reviews and went ahead. Dyson Airwrap was £50 cheaper than Dyson and Currys. Ordered Friday delivered Sunday. Packaged perfectly and loved the fact the outer box was a recycled box, love a company that does its bit for the environment. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family

They had a great price in the Black Friday sales, unfortunately that must have made a huge demand as it took 9 days for them to dispatch the phone. I would have been happy with that, if they’d told me about the delay, but instead they sent an “item dispatched” email with a tracking number! That made me nervous when it didn’t arrive. However, it wasn’t difficult to get through to customer services, who reassured me that it would ship eventually, but couldn’t give any idea of when! Thankfully it has arrived, and in time for Christmas.

The price seemed too good to be true, but decided to give it a go after reading other reviews. Sure enough the replacement shaver head arrived sealed and brand new as if it had come directly from the manufacturer. Quite amazing really, Amazon and Phillips sell these for circa £50, and I only paid £25 - so very pleased.

Really lovely quality tablet. I have only given 4 stars as the tablet when initially opened, showed only South American countries!! I contacted the tech team & the issue was resolved, however, this could have been avoided completely if instructions had been sent with the item to address this issue. This would have saved time for both myself & the tech dept.

I the purchase and the delivery was AMAZING. I had to do research to find the company was genuine and seeing feedback was important. However since my purchase (and I am very new to this gadget) I have discovered a lot of pre-xmas sales are offering games included such as Batman Arkham Shadow and Beat Sabre, for free with the same device, which would have helped me in my Quest (soz about the pun) to learn this new device at 68 yrs old.

Good overall experience Bought two hard drives for my NAS. They were priced very competitively. Dispatch notice was sent by email with a tracking number, but without the courier's name. After 2 days and not being able to determine when the items would be delivered, I emailed the company. I didn't get a reply, but in the meantime Royal Mail sent a notice of delivery. Received the items next day in brand new condition. Recommended

I was looking for an Amazon HD firestick and googled it. A number of options were available and I saw A1 Tech Deals selling the firestick for a better price than Amazon or ebay. I looked at the reviews for A1 Tech Deals and was reassured by what I read, mostly 5 star reviews so decided to go ahead and buy from them. Great product received very quickly and as described. Everything went smoothly. I purchased from A1 rather than Amazon because of the price and also because you get 12 months guarantee whereas if you buy an iPad from Amazon, they won’t guarantee it and Apple won’t guarantee either if you bought it through Amazon according to reviews. Also, if you buy from Amazon, you don’t get the plug whereas from A1 you get a European adapter plug which works perfectly well here in the UK. Very happy with the purchase.

Saved over £100 from most other retailers. Simple ordering. Package arrived a couple days after buying. I was able to easily rearrange the day with the carrier. Package arrived as new. Wasn’t 100% sure that I was ordering something that would require a continental plug. (A1 supplied one inside the package). I had a hunch that it would require a continental plug from reading other reviews and so far it’s not been a problem so I’m very pleased. No other issues with buying from this company.

Had cause to contact customer service as needed air tags for holiday and of course left it late in ordering. A bit concerned that there was no movement on the tracking information on Monday that was sent on Sunday. Reassured that there was a contact number on Website, which even better was answered by a real person. They checked and confirmed order was in process and they would let despatch know needed ASAP. I've ordered an Ipad, the price was 30£ cheaper than Amazon and other retailers. I have ordered on Saturday and arrived via Royal mail on Tuesday, tracking number was provided. The item was brand new and undamaged the only caveat is that it came with a US charger which wasn't stated on the website. I really hope there don't be any issues if I need to use the warranty. Legit site, but be vigilant as always.

Goods arrived quickly. Problems with payment. My first card number was rejected. The card provider told me that it was because you didn't use 3D Secure confirmation, which reduces the probability of fraudulent use of my card. Instead I paid with my bank debit card.

I've given 4 stars because when I placed the order on the afternoon of Sunday 16/11/25 the listing advert stated 'Order now to get it by 18/11/25' and 'Ordered Nov 16 - In Transit Nov 17 - Delivered Nov 18'; however, the phone was dispatched Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked on the 17th and therefore not delivered until the 19th. Apart from that everything was good and as described (the A16 5G is a Which? Great Value entry-level phone). I've set it up for my partner (with her permission uninstalling all the bloatware apps she won't need or use, removing permissions etc) ....now all I have to do is show her how to use it.

Recently purchased the PSVR2 and I am very impressed with it. Cost was a fraction of the price from Playstation or Amazon and fast 2 day delivery with DPD delivering perfectly on time. Like most people I had never heard about this company and was skeptical aswell at first, but after reading some other reviews I gave it ago, and I am not disapointed.
