I ordered it on line and within a couple of days it was delivered as specified. It was so much cheaper than any other retailer, which was a lovely surprise. I haven’t opened it as yet as it’s a Christmas present for my husband, so I’m hoping it’s as good as I’m hoping it to be
The only issue with my Galaxy Ultra 2 was with the initial set up. I chose English as the language then could not find an appropriate region. Choices were Austria, Croatia, Switzerland to name but a few. Problem sorted itself out when connected to phone. Don't know how but this was not a seamless transition.
