Never heard of the company till I was introduced to them from a friend, on the first impression of the website and the items on offer it all looked very impressive. My recent train of thought was to look at purchasing a tablet...again after having several in the past that came to the end of there life, so with the samsung tablets at great price I made a purchase. I was very happy with my experience of the website layout, prices, items available etc... but (and its a big one) the DHL delivery service was the major let down, very slow without any activity for days having gone through tracking parcel service several times.
