If there was a 0 this company would receive it. i bought a Samsung A11+ tablet from their website which clearly stated mode number SM-X230NZSREUB which would entail the product being european version. however when i received the product it was SM-X230NZSAMEA model number which is a UAE version. the issue with the mis-match is with the UAE product you would not receive the standard samsung warranty and gurantee within the UK due to different regions. i pointed all this information out to them and have been receiving responses very sparingly, i sent the item back after being told "we do supply UAE version and the version on the website doesnt gurantee that's the model you will get" basically we buy cheap internationally and mask it in a lie of you may get something, but in their words "it functions the same way!" the item was 'received' on the 23rd for returns, they have yet to issue my refund, or give me any update other than "its with our returns team" dragging your heels and playing god with peoples money is not a good practice for a company, you have not at any point explained to customers what it means to buy international devices and what the implications are for this. disgraceful practice, avoid
