Garmin Lily 2 Smart watch Lilac

The Garmin Lily 2 is a small and stylish smartwatch designed to combine everyday health and fitness tracking with a discreet, fashionable design. Finished in Metallic Lilac with a matching Lilac silicone band, it features a compact metal case and a patterned lens that conceals the display when it is not in use. A tap on the watch or a wrist turn reveals the bright touchscreen display. The 1-inch display has a 240 x 201 pixel resolution and uses 16-level greyscale technology, providing an understated appearance while still giving access to health information, activity data, notifications and everyday smartwatch functions. Lily 2 provides continuous wrist-based heart-rate monitoring and tracks a range of health and wellness metrics. Features include Body Battery energy monitoring, all-day stress tracking, sleep score and advanced sleep insights, respiration tracking, Pulse Ox measurements, hydration tracking and women's health features. For fitness, the watch tracks steps, calories burned, distance, intensity minutes and other activity information. Built-in activity profiles support activities including walking, running, cycling, pool swimming, strength training, HIIT, cardio, yoga, Pilates, dance fitness and more. The standard Lily 2 uses Connected GPS, which means it can use the GPS of a compatible paired smartphone to record outdoor activities such as walks, rides and runs. This model should not be confused with the Lily 2 Active, which has built-in GPS. When paired with a compatible iPhone or Android smartphone, Lily 2 can display smart notifications including texts, emails and alerts. Garmin Connect provides a central place to review health and fitness information, activity history and other data from the watch. The compact 35.4 x 35.4 x 10.1mm case weighs approximately 24.4g and fits wrists with a circumference of 110-175mm. The Corning Gorilla Glass 3 lens and anodised aluminium case provide a durable construction while maintaining the lightweight design. With a battery life of up to 5 days in smartwatch mode and a 5 ATM water rating, the Garmin Lily 2 is designed for continuous everyday wear. Charging is handled using Garmin's proprietary clip charger.
