All the "feedback" emails from A1 tech deals try to send you to their complaints process rather than leave an honest review. The easiest way past this is to click the "all good" button which then will allow your to be honest and adjust the feedback. It was my fault that having gone through the various phone options available I had found myself on what looked right so I ordered. When the confirmation email arrived seconds later I realised it was the wrong model (right colour, storage size, brand...). I immediately emailed to cancel the order so I could redo it to order the correct (more expensive) model. The email went unanswered and the next morning emailed again. A few hours later I received the "shipped" email. The package arrived (I didn't open it) and I again replied asking to return it. A day later I was told I had to go through the returns process which I duly did. They asked for a photo so I sent one of the unopened box. I got an email saying they would check and authorise the return and I should hear back in 48 hours. After the weekend I found their complaints department contact and again registered a complaint. Again I was told that there should be an answer in 48 hours. I received a reply telling me I needed to go through the returns procedure. I replied back saying I had already done so and that if I didn't hear back the same day I would be pursuing a complaint through the credit card issuer. I have now received a returns number and label and the phone is on it's way back. In the meantime I went elsewhere and bought the phone I wanted from another seller. This has been frustrating for me and a lost opportunity for them.
