The LaCie 1big Dock 8TB is a professional external desktop storage solution that combines high-capacity storage with a versatile connectivity hub. With 8TB of storage, it provides extensive space for large photographs, high-resolution video, audio projects, documents, backups and other demanding workloads.
Designed for creative professionals, the 1big Dock combines an enterprise-class 7200RPM hard drive with a built-in docking station. This allows users to connect storage, displays, memory cards and USB peripherals through a single centralised device, making it particularly useful for professional workstations and creative studios.
Connectivity: The 1big Dock features dual Thunderbolt 3 ports, providing up to 40Gb/s connectivity and allowing compatible Thunderbolt devices to be daisy-chained. It also includes a USB 3.2 Gen 2 hub, DisplayPort 1.4, SD card and CompactFlash card readers. The Thunderbolt connection can also provide up to 70W of power delivery to a compatible laptop.
